Environmental due diligence requires years of experience, an understanding of building systems, familiarity with the applicable rules, and a sensitivity to transaction details. We bring all of those skills to the table. We use experienced professionals to inspect facilities, review environmental records, and perform historical research. We compile that information to develop a complete and understandable summary of a property. Where uncertainties exist, we explain them, and offer solutions. We recognize that due diligence is often conducted under a compressed timeframe, with many transactional details hanging on the findings of the Phase I ESA. With this in mind, we set a firm schedule at the outset, and we stick to it.
